Allu ArjunAllu "Bunny" Arjun (Telugu:అల్లు అర్జున్), born April 8, 1983, is a Telugu film actor. He is the son of producer Allu Aravind, grandson of the comedian Padmashree Allu Ramalingaiah and nephew of the famous Telugu actors Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan. Allu debuted as a special appearance in the movie Daddy, that was produced by his father. His dancing abilities in the film bagged him more offers as an actor. CareerHis first film as a leading man, Gangotri, directed by veteran director K. Raghavendra Rao, was a hit. His second film Arya was a 2004 blockbuster. It was Arjun's first major hit. His third film, Bunny was also a hit. His fourth film, Happy didn't fulfill the expectations and turned out to be an average film. However, the film made decent profits in the United States. In 2007, his next release with Puri Jagannadh, Desamuduru, proved to be a big hit at box office and the first hit of the year in Tollywood. The film has been described as the best in Arjun's career so far. It is however known, that the records were created by his uncle's (Chiranjeevi) fans, who want to give Chiranjeevi's son, Ram Charan Teja a grand start in movies as he is being directed by the Puri. It is believed the movie is dragged by the fans, who rented many theatres and poured in personal money for collections.
